Reiki 1 Class

At the end of this one-day class, you will have the ability to perform Reiki healing for yourself and others.
You will learn about the history of Reiki, how it works, current research, and gain a basic understanding of the chakras and how they correspond to your health.
You will receive an attunement that allows Reiki energy to flow through you freely, and have the opportunity to practice a self-treatment and a full Reiki session on a partner in class.

Reiki 2 Class

In the level 2 class, you will receive another attunement that further increases the flow of energy.
You will also learn symbols (Japanese kanji) and mantras that increase the intensity of the energy, affect physical and emotional well-being and allow you to offer distance healing.
Many practitioners report an increase in intuitive and/or creative abilities following Level 2 Reiki attunement and training.
Cost: $150.
Reiki 3 Class - Reiki Master/Teacher
This training starts with a full-day class including a 3rd attunement, which allows one to receive an increased flow of energy, as well as the ability to pass Reiki on and teach others. There is opportunity to practice with this higher energy flow, and practice the attunement process. Training will then include an additional group practice session to gain more comfort with these skills, as well as an internship (attending my Reiki I, II, and Master level trainings, serving as an assistant).
Cost: $450.
