|Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga
||Looking for stress relief, flexibility, strength and balance? This class is for you. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and treat them with care and respect. Class consists of breathing techniques, centering, asanas (specific yoga postures), ending with savasana (deep relaxation). Emphasis is on proper alignment and breathing for safe practice.
||This is an even more gentle, individualized class. It is ideal for those dealing with chronic aches and pains, fibromyalgia, MS, cancer, other health conditions, post-injury, or those interested in the gentle yoga style. Specific modifications are given so that all may participate at their comfort and ability level.
||An individual session or series is ideal if you currently have, or are recovering from an injury, illness or chronic condition. It is also helpful if you would like more individual attention. Your yoga practice is allowed to progress according to your specific needs.
||A great opportunity to gather with your friends for a meaningful way to celebrate a year of your life, have fun, and take care of yourselves. "Girls Night Out", bridal showers, birthday, family gatherings, outdoor yoga, and more. Party includes one hour yoga class, ending with guided relaxation. Each guest will receive a small card with an inspirational message to carry with them.

This is an excellent way to provide stress relief and foster a more positive outlook in your organization. Sessions can be arranged as on-going in your workplace, or special events/workshops/retreats.
